HP DesignJet 500 / 510 / 800 Series System error 86:01
System error 86:01 is usually a Carriage Belt failure, or it may just be friction on the Carriage Rail - the chrome bar the carriage runs along.
The first thing you could try is "Turn the printer off and allow a few minutes for printer to cool, then turn the printer back on again."
You could try cleaning and lubricating the Carriage Rail using a suitable oil.
