System Error 21:10
If you see system error 21:10 on the display of your HP DesignJet 500 / 510 / 800, don't panic, it is usually a Service Station failure.
The first thing you could try is "Turn the printer off and allow a few minutes for printer to cool, then turn the printer back on again." If it comes up to 'Ready' then carry on as usual.
If this does not resolve the error, the Service Station Assembly will most likely need replacing. We can replace it on-site and service your HP DesignJet, usually in under an hour. Please email for a quotation.
